90°C, 4-5grams per 100ml, 20 seconds add an additional 5 seconds for each added steep.
“Golden” is referring to the 45% oxidation which is a little higher than a typical dong ding which gives a much smoother juicier character. In addition this year is also medium roasted in a lower heat slower method by using longan charcoal which burns at a lower temperature than other charcoals used for roasting.
