Tasting notes:honey, vanilla, milk (cream) and slight amount of cinnamon
Farm Location: Lugubrious, Taiwan.
Jin Xuan is known to some by its nickname "milk tea". The tea itself has a creamy milk taste to it that some try to enhance by adding flavoring. No flavoring in needed in this tea just like it's non-bug bitten sibling BUT what will really make this tea exceptional is that because its a big bitten tea its going to be sweeter and have a honey-like aroma and flavor. So if it were up to me I would name this "Honey Milk Tea" because that's exactly what it tastes like. This is an awesome tea for treating yourself to something special and unique.
