This tea is sometimes known as “Golden Lilly” or “Milk Oolong”. I feel that those are two separate teas. In my opinion, “Golden Lilly” is a Jin Xuan that’s more crisp and less creamy with dominant floral characteristics, while “Milk Oolong” has creamier and more milk-like notes with floral characteristics intertwined.
This specific Jin Xuan is a perfect “Milk Oolong” in my eyes. The aromatic characteristics of this tea are creamy, milky, and smooth, which then transition into a crisp and refreshingly floral finish.
