Lao Bai Cha = Aged White Tea. This tea is a loose mix of Bai Mu Dan (White Peony) and Bai Hao Yin Zhen (Silver Needle) from 2013. White teas aren't considered to be "aged" until after 5 years of storage. We highly suggest buying an extra sample to put in a safe spot for 3-5 years for you to conduct your own tea aging experiments!
