Farm Location: Spring 2016 mao cha from Xue Feng Mountain in Hunan, and compressed in Jingyang county of Shaanxi.

Fu cha is a type of fermented tea (heicha) much like shou puerh. The thing that makes this tea magically distinctive is that is has golden flower mold ((eurotium cristatum). This type of mold has anti anxiety properties that are quite interesting. I’ve had many customers use this as their conflict resolution drink.
