1. Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere in the world via USPS. You can always contact us to double check- we will ensure to accommodate so our teas get to you, regardless of where you live.

2. What is your return Policy?

All loose-leaf tea sales are final. Teaware can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase if it is received damaged or defective. Visual proof of damage must be provided in order to receive replacement.

3. How can you be sure the teas are as fresh as you claim?

We can personally say we've tasted each and every one of the teas we sell and have been given the "thumbs up." Also, we are in personal contact with the farmers, to better provide you with the most direct and organic tea we can.
