Tasting notes: Honey, vanilla, milk (cream), and slight amount of cinnamon
Farm Location: Taiwan (Nantou County)
Cultivar: Jin Xuan
Jin Xuan is known to some by its nickname "milk tea." The tea itself has a creamy milk taste to it that some try to enhance by adding flavoring. However, no flavoring is needed in this tea! This Jin Xuan is similar to its non-bug bitten counterpart. But, because this is bug bitten, it means this tea is going to be sweeter and have a honey-like aroma and flavor. So, if it were up to me I would name this "Honey Milk Tea" because that's exactly what it tastes like! This is an awesome tea for treating yourself to something special and unique.
