Kuki cha, or "stem tea," is a somewhat underrated tea. Aside from the ample amount of flavor, one of the most interesting parts of this tea is its naturally very low caffeine level. If it’s after dinner and I want tea, I don’t often have much to choose from in the Camellia Sinensus offerings. Kuki cha fits the bill. It's very pleasant to drink almost any time of the day and on any occasion. This tea also makes a spectacular cold brew!
