“Kuki Cha,” or "Stem Tea," is a somewhat underrated tea. Aside from its ample amount of flavor, it is intriguing to note that this tea naturally has a very low caffeine level. After dinner, I don’t often have many options via the standard Camellia Sinensis tea offerings, which is due to the energetics partially being attributed to caffein content and the late hour. However, Kuki Cha fits the bill perfectly in such cases. It's very pleasant to drink almost any time of the day, and on any occasion. This tea also makes a spectacular cold brew!
