Tasting Notes: buttery, sweet, and floral characteristics with a nice lemony sour note

This tea is one of my favorite high mountain oolongs. I enjoy this tea's flavor immensely! I especially love its Chi ("Qi"). There are many things that the high altitude has done for the flavor development and texture of this tea -- this includes causing the leaves themselves to become as soft as velvet. So, when you're drinking this tea, be sure to take the time to use ALL of your senses. Simply put, this is a most pleasurable tea!
