For the first infusion steep for 2:30, for later infusions just continue to steep the tea for 1 minute as many times as your heart’s desires.

  Harumidori is a cultivar typically used for sencha production which is typically non shaded during growing. The benefit of shading during production is increasing the levels of L-Theanine which balances umami and adds soft sweetness. This offers a non aggressive approach to Japan green tea.
